At HyperX, we stand by our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of the shipping date for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for processing.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your HyperX products in their original retail packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
